[DX-NEWS] Andaman Isl cards

Hello, Suri, VU2MY, head of NIAR and the VU4 QSLing effort, I am told will be at the Dayton hamfest. That would be a good time to get an update on the sending of cards. I know that the office is chugging away at the job and that many have gone out already, but I have no numbers.

Remember my cautions about including things of value in the cards in-going.... See NIAR web site about donations via DERA. 73
