Greg I know we should keep plugging away but the two e-mails I have received from Peter DeFazio makes it look like there is no chance of it ever getting out of committee. He sets on that committee but I have never been able to figure out what his position might be. His last e-mail said "

The Resources Committee has taken no action on H.R. 1183, and it's possible, they may never act on it. As I've said in previous emails, you can always track the bill by searching for it on http://thomas.loc.gov/, then clicking on "Bill Summary and Status."
