This thread and others are sure to generate intense discussion aka CHAT.  As the CW issue as it stands now, good, bad or indifferent, is localized, I would like to request that thoser wishing to comment, discuss, argue (nicely), do so on the DX-CHAT reflector..instructions to subscribe at the bottom of this message.

 

Please request the wishes of the administrators and the other subcribers in this regard
