That should work both ways the ISS would make a good addition for a new
country.

This is a good time to QSO with NA1SS also.......Bill McArthur is active
on voice, 145.800/144.490, from the ISS. I worked him yesterday morning
at 1333GMT with a simple vertical antenna and 45 watts. My QTH is
eastern NC.
