Sorry for the false start. All is well and the 3C2MV logs are now available
on LoTW.

The problem was an administrative glitch getting the LoTW certificate.
Thanks to Wayne N7NG at ARRL for expediting the certificate file to me.

I uploaded 18,000+ Qs and see 2,650 QSL confirmations.
