Good Afternoon,
It seems more than a few DXers are having issues with getting a QSL from
CO2JD who's QSL manager is AD4Z.
His number is unpublished and he has not answered his Email Nor
QSLs....In total, our local DX club has sent numerous QSLs to him all with
$2 or more per "attempt"........with NOTHING in return.
ANYONE received a single QSL from his manager!???
