Yup, I held three calls in the US: VE3THX/W2, AB2NZ and then W2IRT.
All Q's count for my current United States-based DXCC. You can have
any callsign and move anywhere within the lower 48 (or even operate
portable anywhere in the lower 48) and the Q's will all count towards
one DXCC award.
