I have worked ER twice; once ER4DX in May of '06 (oh well) and ER/RW3AH
(Andy) in August of '06. Has anyone received a card from Andy for his stint
in Moldova? Sometimes working them is the easy part. We need a website
listing $$$ collectors so others wouldn't waste their time in the pileups.
