Again this year (2007) Thailand has permitted its HF operators the following extra bands (in addition to the 40, 20, 15, and 10 regular permits):

Xmit on 1.800 to 1.825 and 3.500 to 3.536 for phone and CW, receive splits permitted.

Ops only during contests, undisclosed contest names.

NOT permitted are other freqs on 160 and 80 and not any operations on 6m nor the WARC bands at any time. Note that special permission is sometimes obtained for other allocations. Consult the RAST web site for information (Radio Amateur Society of Thailand....RAST).
