I was QSL Manager for 1S1A on their February, 1973 operation at Spratly Is. I
was pressured severely by several
prominent 6s to bring cards to Visalia so that attendees would have their cards
for what was the most wanted entity
at the time. I agree with Steve and refused to do what they wanted because of
what I perceived would have been a chaotic physical pile-up, trying to obtain a
card ahead of the rest of the world. I didn't want to chance any compromise to
the integrity or credibility of my work and mailed them out to all that I had
received before Visalia weekend.

  TOm,

See Don's email. No QSLs at Ham Com. I'm not a fan of 'handing out' QSLs at
ham gatherings. It's usually all about handing out EVERY qso in the log to a
person that gives his call sign, as opposed to the normal confirmation against
QSLs sent in. The integrity of the log is damaged should you hand out the QSLs
without the ham turning in his QSO data for verification.
