Dear DX'er,

After 40,660 QSO's logged as ST0RM and ST2A, Jovica, T98A (ex. T94FC) 
assignment in Sudan has come to an end. During the past two years spent in 
Sudan, Jovica has made 35,012 CW, 3386 SSB, 2249 RTTY and 13 PSK31 QSO's and 
provided many new ones working 843 QSO's on 160m, 3916 QSO's on 80m and 585 
QSO's on 6m. Some of the pictures which illustrate living and working

Jovica's new assignement with UNHCR (United Nations High Commissioner for 
Refugees) is in Dakar, Senegal and will start on 01. September. As he first 
needs to settle down you will be informed when HAM operation starts. Being in 
regional office of UNHCR, Jovica's work area covers the whole West Africa and 
he hopes to activate most of countries in the region. Information about HAM 
activity from countries other than Senegal will be distributed accordingly.
