This weeks bulletin was made possible with information provided by
KP2HC, NC1L, QRZ DX, the OPDX Bulletin, DXNL, 425 DX News, The Daily
DX, Contest Corral from QST and the ARRL Contest Calendar and WA7BNM
web sites.  Thanks to all.

MAURITIUS, 3B8.  Ron, SM7DKF will be QRV as 3B8/SM7DKF from November
10 to 23 while on holiday.  He will be active at various times on
the usual IOTA frequencies.  QSL to home call.

ALGERIA, 7X.  Members of the Bou Saada ARC are QRV as 7W53N during
November to commemorate the 53rd anniversary of the beginning of the
National Algerian Revolution.  QSL via 7X5VRK.

WEST MALAYSIA, 9M2.  JA1OCZ is QRV as 9M4DXX from Penang Island,
IOTA AS-105, until November 12.  Activity is on 80 to 10 meters
using CW, SSB and FM.  He will also be an entry in the JIDX contest.
QSL to home call.

GHANA, 9G.  Alan, G3XAQ will be QRV as 9G5XA from Accra from
November 12 to 26.  He will use mainly CW.  He plans to be an entry
in the upcoming CQ World Wide CW contest as a Single Op/Single Band
entry.  Outside the contest Alan will concentrate on 30 and 17
meters.  QSL via G3SWH.

URUGUAY, CX.  Look for Andrea, IK1PMR and Claudia, K2LEO to be QRV
as either CW2C or IK1PMR/CX and K2LEO/CX, respectively, in the WAE
RTTY contest.  QSL via operators' instructions.
  
SOUTH COOK ISLANDS, E5.  George, K5KG and Ron, KK9K will be QRV as
E51MMM and E51NNN, respectively, from Rarotonga Island, IOTA OC-013,
from November 12 to December 1.  They plan to concentrate their
activity heavily on 160 and 80 meters.  QSL both calls direct to
K5KG.

CANARY ISLANDS, EA8.  Slavo, SP2JMB is QRV as EA8/SP2JMB until
November 12.  He is active on 80 to 10 meters using CW and SSB.  QSL
to home call.

REUNION ISLAND, FR.  Pekka, OH2YY will be QRV as FR/OH2YY from
November 12 to 15.  Activity will be on 40 to 10 meters using SSB.
QSL to home call.

THAILAND, HS.   Special event station HS35SEA is QRV until November
11 during the 35th SEANET Convention in Lampang.

US VIRGIN ISLANDS, KP2.  Ann, KP2YL and Brian, KP2HC will be QRV
from St. Croix from November 15 to 23.  Activity is on all HF bands,
including 6 meters, using CW and SSB.  Ann will also be active in
the upcoming ARRL November SSB Sweepstakes as NP2B with W2UDT and
NP2B.  QSL to home calls.  QSL NP2B direct.

DENMARK, OZ.  Klaus, DK9LO is QRV as OZ/DK9LO from Vendsyssel-Thy/
Nordjylland Island, IOTA EU-171, until November 16.  He is active
around the usual IOTA frequencies.  QSL to home call.

NORFOLK ISLAND, VK9N.  Ulli, DL2AH is QRV as VK9ANH until November
15.  Activity is mainly on 20 meters using SSB although he may also
be active on 40 to 10 meters using SSB and RTTY.  QSL to home call.

REVILLAGIGEDO, XF4.  Members of FMRE will be QRV as 6E4LM from
Socorro Island, IOTA NA-030, from November 15 to December 17.  This
activity is to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the FMRE.  Activity
will be on 160 to 2 meters, including 70 cm, using CW, SSB, various
digital modes and Satellites.  They will focus much of their
activity on 160 and 6 meters.  QSL direct to XE2K.

OPERATIONS APPROVED FOR DXCC CREDIT.  All of Vlad, UA4WHX's last
operations are approved for DXCC credit: Uganda, 5X1VB; Burundi,
9U0VB; Rwanda, 9X0VB; Angola, D20VB; Comoros, D60VB; Djibouti,
J20VB; Swaziland, 3DA0VB; Madagascar, 5R8VB; Botswana, A25VB;
Mozambique, C91VB; Sudan, ST2VB; Zimbabwe, Z2/UA4WHX; Namibia,
V51VV; and Lebanon, OD5/UA4WHX.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The Japan International DX Phone
Contest, Worked All Europe RTTY Contest, OK/OM DX CW Contest,
Kentucky QSO Party and the CQ-WE Contest are all scheduled for this
weekend.  The SKCC Sprint is scheduled for November 14.  Please see
