QSL INFO -

Buzz, NI5DX, is now the QSL manager for Julien, FM1HN, in Martinique. Buzz
already has the FM1HN logs but is awaiting QSL cards. If Julien has blank
cards to send to NI5DX, the wait for replies will be very short. If new cards
must be printed, the delay will take up to 4 weeks after the cards are ordered.
Buzz will be able to confirm any QSOs that are in Julien's log.

At the present time, QSLs for the special call, TO1YR, still go to FM1HN either
