Hi Cedric! Bouvet was actually on air in 2008 (3Y0E). The op was a brand new ham by the name of Petrus. He was a very weak signal on 20m phone but workable from here. I haven't heard of anything else since then.
Desecheo was a couple of years ago too but news about Navassa has been pretty much slim to none. My guess is that activating Navassa would be significantly more difficult than Desecheo.
