The dx op must be sensitive to know the best opening period to
all continents been able to work the stations from the continent there
is beeing favourable by the Gods of propagation instead insisting to
work his buddies from his own continent all the time. EX: EU ops calling
nw only EU when band is open to SA; NA ops calling nw only NA when
the propagation is favouring VK/ZL; JA ops calling nw only JA when the band
is favouring Africa etc etc etc.
The DX operator must remember that the world has other continents
then EU, NA , AS .

We would hope that DX organisations will adopt it as a condition of

on DX bands can be reduced somewhat whenever a DXpedition is under way.
