The slim was not a ZL slim as beam headings were wrong for us. He pointed
more up to the islands from here. A lot of us heard him at the time. He
seems to come out of "retirement" every few years, probably making Slim DXCC
the hard way!

I called hi back a few years ago and soon as he heard the call he went QRT
Hmmmmmmm!

There is no operation from the Kermadecs at the present time.
