[DXR] TT8 problems

After working 3 TT8 stations on 18 MHZ and getting the QSLs, none of them are good for DXCC.  The reason, No documentation received at ARRL DXCC Desk.  TT8DX and TT8JE, which have been on recently are not being accepted for DXCC.  F5OGL is the manager for TT8DX.  If anyone can get word to these stations that their QSLs are no good for DXCC unless proper documentation is received at ARRL HQ DXCC Desk.  Bill Moore told me that many others fromTT8 are not being accepted due to this problem.    73, John, N4MM
