Does anyone know if the operation from HV3SJ in December 2001 was legitimate? He was giving I2ULB as manager, but he doesn't have an email address that I can find to verify this. There weren't a lot of spots on this and I haven't seen anything in any bulletins, so I'm really doubting it's validity.
