JA1BK NEWS RELEASE (24 FEB 02)       21.020 Mhz (CW) and 21.295 Mhz (SSB) will be QRV 24 hours each day. This is to allow more individuals to find and work the group, depending upon propagation to their area. The CW site will use a Yaesu FT-1000MP with Alpha amplifier, manned primarily by Vince, K5VT and Mike, K9AJ. The antenna will be a 2 element HB9CV. The SSB station will be a Yaesu FT-100D with Acom amp, with primary operators Jin, JF1IST and Jim, N9TK. This 21 Mhz priority operation will take place with two stations active until demand falls.
