The principal framer of "Mano Dura" notices has received a warning "Mano Dura" notice from the FCC. Evidently it has been determined that the substance of claims were without merit. This calls into question reliability and trustworthiness.

"Reputation is an idle and most false imposition; oft got without merit, and lost without deserving."
