http://www.arrl.org/awards/dxcc/appstatus.html shows the list of calls and dates for which applications have been received. However, applications which have already been processed may not show up there (I have not yet received anything back from my DXCC update sent in late September, but since my call no longer shows up on that list, I expect to hear something soon).
