Bug description:
Binary package hint: unity
When a window is minimized and I click its launcher icon, it is given
focus and displayed. If I click a second on the same launcher icon,
said application should return to a minimized state.
Ubuntu 11.04
Unity 3.8.10-0ubuntu2
What I expected to happen: With the application curently focused, clicking on
its launcher icon should minimize it
What happened instead: nothing
