Status in “notify-osd” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
I have a dell inspiron 4150 32 bit 7500 mobility readon graphics card,
every time when the notifications come up for example battery low or
connection established it shows very weird, instead of words its very
glitchy, i am running ubuntu 9.10, this doesnt happen in ubuntu 10.4,
but 10.4 doesnt work very well on my junky pc.
