Title: Configure script doesn't complain about missing libnotify Status in “notify-osd” package in Ubuntu: Fix Released Bug description: When libnotify is not installed make fails because test-withlib.c needs libnotify. Configure should therefore check for libnotify. An option to disable this test would also be appreciated.
