You have been subscribed to a public bug:
My assumption in the report is that synchronous bubbles are only
supposed to last for 2 seconds.
If only the volume button is pressed, and no notification is on screen,
the bubble times out after 2 seconds.
But...
1. Have an asynchronous (normal) bubble display.
2. immediately press the volume button.
Result:
- Both bubbles time out after 5 seconds.
** Affects: notify-osd (Ubuntu)
