Title: Notifications should be blurred from the start if mouse is already there Status in “notify-osd” package in Ubuntu: Won't Fix Bug description: When you have your mouse at the place where notifications appear and a notification is shown it is first rendered normally very shortly and then blurred. This looks ugly; it should be blurred right from the start.
