This article provides a script that enables support for Skype. Using Skype's config panel, I added that script as something to be run on any notification, and disabled the regular Skype notifications, providing full integration. As Skype has some config files in Home and a DBUS Api, I guess it would be possible to enable Notify-OSD as a defaut replacement. Any thoughts ?
