Bug description:
Binary package hint: notify-osd
notify-osd should build with GTK 2.22 and
CFLAGS='-DGDK_DISABLE_DEPRECATED -DGTK_DISABLE_DEPRECATED
-DGDK_PIXBUF_DISABLE_DEPRECATED -DGSEAL_ENABLE
-G_DISABLE_DEPRECATIONS' set, it will be a first time to have it ready
for GTK3 which is coming next cycle
