Title: OSD is not getting transparent when volume is changed and mouse pointer is allready on OSD position Status in “notify-osd” package in Ubuntu: Invalid Bug description: When the mouse pointer is on the position where the OSD appears usually (e.g. maximized Firefox with the pointer over a tab on the right side) and you increase/decrease Volume the Volume-OSD appears but covers the mouse pointer. I'm able to click through it on the tab behind the OSD, but can't read captions etc. To make it semi- transparent you have to mouve the cursor off the OSD and back over it.
