Hi,
Blur on mouse over is a feature I can understand.
But that's also a big issue for partially sighted people: they need to zoom on
the notification bubble in order to read it, which makes it instantly blurred
and so unreadable.
That feature must be configurable in order to keep notifications visible
even on mouse over.
