When adjusting screen brightness, the overlay-osd bar doesn't reflect the
various changes in brightness levels.
Instead, it is stuck at full position, and only shortens one notch when
lowering brightness.
It happens on a Dell D630ATG laptop, mobile GM965/GL960 IGC, i915 driver,
oneiric current snapshot.
