You have been subscribed to a public bug:
notify-osd use gconf for settings (for gravity for example). But,
currently, it is hard to change this value as there is no entry in
gconf-editor nor schema to understand what value must be inserted.
You should package a GConf schema file in order to document modifiable
settings, with available values.
