A music track change notification is faded in with the same velocity as
an urgent notification, despite:
1. Playing music being passive
2. Audio tracks themselves normally fading in over a few seconds.
Ideally:
3. The track change notification should be delayed for a couple of seconds
4. The notification should be faded in more slowly, recognising its passive
and unimportant nature
This should more closely align the sound with the notification
experience.
