Title: Notifications don't appear when running a full screen app regardless of whther the full screen app is running in the current workspace Status in “notify-osd” package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: When running a full screen app in a workspace, no notifications appear when using (non-full screen) apps on any other workspace.
