Title:
Mouse pointer is blocked on dual monitor setup

Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
On a dual monitor setup, by default, the mouse pointer is "blocked"
when trying to go to the other screen. This is a very annoying bug
since the user shouldn't be restricted to switch screens with his
  mouse pointer.

The fix for that is downloading compizconfig-settings-manager and
setting the "Edge Stop Velocity" to 1. This is way beyond a newbie
would actually know, so I request that this option come by default.

  Thanks,
