Bug description:
When the user quickly switch between desktop and apps using the
keyboard the following situation occurs:
TEST CASE:
1. Open an application on workspace 1 (e.g gedit or gnome-terminal)
2. Switch to workspace 2 with the <CTRL+ALT+Right Arrow>
3. Switch to workspace 1 with the <CTRL+ALT+Left Arrow> and don't release it
4. Keep <CTRL+ALT> pressed, release <Left Arrow> and press <TAB> to switch
between applications
5. Release all the keys
ACTUAL RESULT:
When CTRL, ALT and Tab are pressed the workspace switcher and the application
switcher are visible simultaneously.
When the user release the keys the workspace switcher remains active and
blocks all input (keyboard and mouse)
Pressing CTRL+ALT makes it inactive
