The Keyboard Shortcuts helper has strange wording

Bug description:
Some lines are not consistent with others.
Some start with "Open", some start with "Opens".
Same things with "Switch" and "Switches" or"Moves", "Closes", etc.
Also, the "Switch Workspaces" shortcut is not displayed entirely (it seems to
be too long).
About this, the helper is not tolerant enough for "long" strings (it just cut
the end of the string).
This is a problem for localization. This needs to be fixed or, at least,
gettext comments should be added to notice translators that translations should
not be bigger than X chars.
