Bug description:
Test case:
* right click on a launcher icon, see the quicklist that appears
* start dragging the launcher while still maintaining the right click
Issue: the quicklist is kept open and stays where it first appeared
Resolution: the quicklist should be hidden once the launcher determines that
the user has started a drag operation
