Terminal only sets title after maximize/unmaximize

Bug description:
When i alter the title in gnome-terminal with Terminal->Set Title, the
new title still says the default "Terminal" it is only after
maximizing the window and then de-maximizing it again the new title is
shown.
The new title should be visible immidiately after setting it in
Terminal->Set Title.
