Title:
  When indicator-applet-session is first added to a session it removes
  too many menu items from the system menu

Bug description:
  If you remove Indicator-applet-session from the panel, shutdown and log out 
menu items re-appear on the system menu (incidentally, I think they should be 
there all the time!).  If you then re-add indicator-applet-session to the 
panel, they dissapear, but they also take system menu entries

  About Gnome
  About Ubuntu
  with them.

  After a reboot these items are restored to the system menu.

  I think all these items should be on the menu all the time,
  irrespective of whether indicator-applet-session is present or not.
