Bug description:
Indicator applet appmenu break/hide all indicators when added to panel.
Only indicators are affected, regular applets continue to work.
If indicator-applet-appmenu killed, remaining indicators restored and
function properly.
Observed first somehwere around Saucy alpha release.
Validated with both gnome-panel 3.6.x and 3.8.x.
