Volume slider don't follow pointer position

TESTCASE:
In a live environment, open the unity control center and try to slightly move
the volume regulation, it won't follow the pointer position, see attached
screencast.
This is not reproducible on VM, on other regulations sliders are following
the pointer as expected to be
