Bug description:
With devel-proposed image 73 on mako, the "call back" button and the
phone icon don't work. To reproduce:
* produce a missed call on the phone by calling it and hanging up again
* pull down messaging indicator
* click on "call back" button
=> nothing happens
* click on phone icon
=> nothing happens
