indicator-sound in header not displayed
Status in indicator-sound package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
In the header I can't change sound preferences. When I slide header panel to
bottom instead sound preferences nothing displayed and instead name "Sound"
shown "indicator-sound".
In System Settings in tab Sound displayed then phone in mute mode.
Nexus 4. OS was installed with MultiROM tools.
