Bug description:
Steps to reproduce:
* Receive an SMS, do *not* read it
* Reboot the phone (this might happen in real life due to an empty battery
situation)
expected:
=> the notification about the unread SMS should be restored.
actual:
=> the notifications are cleared on reboot even though the SMS is still
unread, which leads to SMS being missed.
