Changing amount of workspaces does not affect on its icon on launcher
panel

Bug description:
After changing amount of unity workspaces to any amount not equal to
2x2 - icon on launcher panel still shows 2x2 and moving between
workspaces doesn't affect this icon.
I know that there is no standard way to change amount of workspaces from
Appearance/Behavior settings, but users can change amount of workspaces easily
through Unity Tweak Tool for example.
Obviously that this icon implemented wrong or hardcoded if it not use it's
own settings.
