Menu is not revealed on mouse over for the secondary monitor

Bug description:
Binary package hint: indicator-appmenu
I am using Unity 2d with a dual head setup.
When some windows are in the secondary monitor, the menu is not
revealed on mouse over. Nothing happens if I move the mouse over the
window title. Both primary and secondary monitors are unchanged.
This only happens for some applications.
For example, gnome-terminal and nautils are fine, but Evolution and
Epiphany are not working.
