[workspace switcher] No screenshot for minimized windows, empty
rectangle with application icon shown instead

Bug description:
Open a new window, minimize it, select workspace switcher - the display shows
a blank window with the program icon in it
Selecting that window will maximize it still blank, and the display can start
to get remnants.
Selecting the switcher again while the window is displayed will clear
it up.
