Bug description:
If you minimize all windows with a "Show Desktop" shortcut, or minimize the
last window with the minimize button, the global menu (and, if previously
maximized, the window buttons) sometimes remain active. One can, for example,
open a new tab in Nautilus while said window is minimized.
So far, I've been able to reproduce this with Compiz (0.9.2.1 on Maverick).
