* debian/patches/0010-set-language.patch:
- Call user_locale_validate() separately and not as an argument
when calling some other function. The latter has worked fine
previously, but with latest gcc the arguments were not passed
properly (LP: #1842212).

Bug description:
If I try to change format from "Ukraine" to "United Kingdom", system
offers me to restart to complete the changes, but after this actions I
don't see any changes.
